QUEENS COUNCIL RETURNS POLICY
The returns policy below applies to products purchased from our Online Store or Facebook page being Queens Council.
In these terms the use of US, WE, OUR and QUEENS COUNCIL refer to us QUEENS COUNCIL and the use of YOU refers to you as the customer.
CHANGE OF MIND:
Queens Council pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. If you order and recieve product that you are not happy with, simply return it to us within the time frame listed below and we will happily exchange or refund you as long as the product is in the same condition in which we sent it to you.
WE DONT ACCEPT RETURNS OF SALE ITEMS SO PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY.
TIME FRAME ON RETURNS:
New Zealand Address - Within 10 days (ordinary-NOT WORKING) of the receipt date.
Overseas Address - within 30 days (ordinary - NOT WORKING) of the receipt date.

RETURNS MUST BE SENT:
- WITH YOUR INVOICE
- IN A SECURE TRACKED BAG - WE WILL NOT ACCEPT DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS/PRODUCTS - WE RECOMMEND NZ POST.
- AT YOUR OWN COST

Once we receive the returned package we will process and inspect the product within 48 hours and ensure you receive you exchange or refund as fast as possible. We will email you to confirm that the process is underway.
Queens Council will not refund delivery costs or return delivery costs for any product other than faulty product.
If your products gets damaged in the post please contact us: email@example.com and we will replace the damaged goods.
If you have a faulty product that needs refunding, repaired or replaced follow the steps above.
Faulty products may be returned outside the usual time periods listed above if they are still under warranty. We will follow the customer guarantee act 1993 to provide a solution.
- Enclose your invoice with a detailed description of the fault.
With Faulty goods we will refund postage costs of up to $10.00
RETURNS TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Any products returned for refund or exchange must be in the original condition with tags still attached (unless faulty). All returned items must be sent with all original packaging and in saleable condition or it will not be accepted
Queens Council will not accept any collect on delivery parcels.
For all returns (except faults) we will process as quickly as possible. If a product is out of stock in the size you are needing we will refund your product amount instead. We will email you to notify you weather a exchange or refund has been made for you.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
